American Capitalism Gone With a Whimper

Posted with permission from Mat Rodina Blog. …Please look below in the comments for an additional statement from yours truly. ================================= American Capitalism Gone With a Whimper It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people. True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists. Those lessons were taken … Read entire article »

Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today’s world do not have. - Ronald Reagan … Read entire article »

Bangin’ the Gavel at the New York Stock Exchange

Here’s a photo featuring Billy Ray Cyrus, Kate Voegele and Kym Johnson amongst other stars at the NYSE during the Closing Bell. Gotta say, Mr. Cyrus went bang happy with that gavel. LOL. Gotta love that sense of humor. Meanwhile outside folks were still celebrating the 2009 Wall Street Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremonies which you can read more about right here…. … Read entire article »

Wall Street / NYSE Christmas Tree Lighting

Today on December 10, 3:00 pm began what yours truly can only recall as being one of the best outdoor Christmas celebrations to have been experienced in the streets of New York City in a very long time. To some it might sound like I’m laying it on a bit thick but believe you me when I tell you how much I enjoyed the experience. Just as last year the performances were all top notch. What with such names as Billy Ray Cyrus, Joshua Bell, the Manhattan Transfer, Kate Vogele, David Nail, the Monsignor Donovan Choir amongst others belting out great tunes with gorgeous voices to boot..wellllll, heck. One simply couldn’t go wrong! Updated is this newly added video. Sorry the quality isn’t as great as one would wish. In the photo … Read entire article »

Handling the CCCs: Climatic Convenient Coincidences

Whilst a certain robotic ex politician considers Inconvenient Truths of an inane nature…we’ll be considering coincidental conveniences of a most questionable nature. ‘and what might those be? Well, the Environment Protection Agency’s ruling that greenhouse gases are a threat to public welfare….right on the heels of the beginning of the Copenhagen International Climate Conference in Denmark. Let’s face it, someone had to come to the plate to help the administration in showing those in Copenhagen we mean business, right? I mean, we wouldn’t want to give you know who another reason to start bowing before heads of state again, would we? Meanwhile back at the ranch Congress is readying to spend loads more cash on……to fund that which has gotten us into the huge mess we’ve found ourselves in. … Read entire article »

Terror Trial Rally Photos in Foley Square – December 5, 2009

Below are photos from the December 5 Rally in Protest of the proposed Terror Trials in NYC. Mind you the weather was horrible with chilly temperatures, strong enough winds and plenty of rain…yet the crowd was as one in spirit. All participants proud to be standing up for our God Given Rights to Freedom of Speech. Standing up for what is right, Standing up for the fallen, Standing up for those who simply couldn’t be there. A truly proud moment in American and New York City History to be repeated again and again in the coming days, weeks and months. A shot looking east upon my arrival at the Rally. Below image shows a sign held by a fellow Patriot. It speaks for us all! Doesn’t it? So … Read entire article »

Hitting All Time Lows — The Terror Trials

On Saturday, December 5 at Noon, thousands from near and far will descend upon Foley Square in Lower Manhattan for a rallying protest against the terror trials which are to be brought to NYC. Bring your signs, your flags but most importantly bring yourselves as we all speak out against this total disregard for what is right. Charles Krauthammer, our fave columnist, makes some good points about the awful idea of trying Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and the four others accused in the Sept. 11 terror attacks in NYC, merely blocks away from the WTC site. There’ve been some who’ve made the good point that NYC is an extremely secure and safe locale for such trials. ‘and indeed it is. Trust you me and the rest of us many thousands of … Read entire article »
